One of the special features of the Service is that it allows you to enable various online third party services, such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, and other social media and networking services and, payment service providers etc. (“Third Party Services”), to be directly integrated into your Sportifi experience. To take advantage of this feature, you must establish a connection between your Sportifi account and your account with the relevant Third Party Services. In some cases, you may be able to establish an account with Sportifi using your login credentials with a Third Party Service.

As part of such integration, such Third Party Services may provide us with access to certain information that you have provided to such Third Party Services, and we will use, store and disclose such information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. For example, this information may include your Facebook username, user ID, profile picture, cover photo, and networks to which you belong (e.g., school, workplace). You may also have the opportunity to provide us with additional information via Third Party Services, such as a list of your friends or connections and your email address. The manner in which Third Party Services use, store and disclose your information is governed solely by the policies of such third parties, and Sportifi shall have no liability or responsibility for the privacy practices or other actions of any Third Party Service that may be enabled within the Service.

For example, a business partner may share your contact information with us if you have expressed interest in learning specifically about our products or services, or the types of products or services we offer.
